Mums and Tots in Northampton is a welcoming weekly meetup for parents and young children, held on Tuesdays from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Church Hall during term time. Parents can access the hall through the door that leads from the car park behind the Church. This gathering provides an opportunity for local parents and their young children to socialize in a relaxed, friendly environment. For each session, a small contribution of 50 pence per family is requested. This fee covers refreshments for both adults and children, ensuring everyone has access to snacks and drinks throughout the meetup.

The group supports Baby Basics, a volunteer-led initiative in Northampton that provides essential items for new mothers and families facing financial difficulties. Baby Basics offers practical support, aiming to relieve the stress associated with the expenses of caring for a newborn. This project collects donations and prepares “baby baskets” with items such as nappies, toiletries, clothing, and blankets, helping new families have a safe and supported start.
