Mums and Tots Northampton – Every Tuesday when Just b is running in the Re:Fresh cafe, The Lounge provides an area for parents of young children to connect with one another for spiritual, physical and emotional refreshment. We meet every Tuesday morning 10:00-12noon.

Parents/carers please feel free to make use of the coffee and cake served freely, at Re:fresh. Please come prepared with own snacks and drinks for children. The activities will usually involve sensory and messy play so an extra pair of clothes for little-ones will be helpful to enjoy the fun. We always finish with a parachute blessing (just our way of showing we appreciate you).
