As a place of quiet, stillness and prayer. In December 2003, the Bishop of the Diocese of Peterborough consecrated the House. To be a House of Prayer, in which God, Father Son and Holy Spirit would be worshiped daily. Where intercessory prayers would be offered for the world and all peoples.

The Reverend Philip Munch

Was invited to be the Warden of the House. Offering spiritual hospitality to anyone who would like to spend time in a quiet environment, in order to pray. Over the years, many people have chosen to use the House regularly for quiet days.To come occasionally for a morning or an afternoon of silence and contemplation. Fr. Philip, who lives in the House, welcomes all who would like to make use of this quiet space. If you would like to visit the Prayer House to meet Fr. Philip. To arrange to use the House as a space for quiet reflection and prayer, please contact him either by phone or email.

If you have any prayer requests, please send them by letter or email. Although it is not possible to respond to every request in writing. All requests will be offered in prayer in the chapel, daily.
