Bellringing Rushden

St Marys Church Rushden

We proudly maintain a full and active band of bellringers, welcoming visitors every Friday evening for practice together. Church bell-ringing offers an enjoyable, ancient tradition that strengthens friendships while celebrating faith, heritage, and shared community spirit. Additionally, our experienced ringers gladly encourage newcomers, answer questions, and provide friendly guidance to ensure everyone feels valued. Our beautiful bells have proclaimed the Christian message throughout Rushden for over two hundred years with memorable sounds. Furthermore, every practice session provides excellent opportunities to develop new skills, improve coordination, and enjoy rewarding teamwork together. Whether completely inexperienced or previously trained, everyone receives patient encouragement while discovering the fascinating art behind traditional bellringing. Therefore, we warmly invite enthusiastic people of every background to experience this unique pastime within our welcoming community.
