Health and Wellbeing Hackleton –  Join Chantal for a fun-filled dance fitness class called Zumba Gold (50+) Northampton is designed with older active adults in mind. Chantal’s ‘Zumba Gold’ class brings you fun, Latin-inspired music and moves from Salsa to Merengue, with a little Disco, Motown, and Bhangra thrown in for good measure! The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion, and coordination, plus a little cardio. (Please note there is the option to do the class ‘seated’ if desired.) Come ready to sweat a little and laugh a lot! The class is a fantastic way to enhance your wellbeing in Northampton.

Class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility, and balance! £8 drop-in or 4 classes for £24. Please bring the correct change where possible 🙂 Free parking is available outside the beautiful historic Hackleton Baptist Church. It’s advisable to wear supportive trainers and to bring some water. The class is run by a Christian instructor, Chantal.
